- In a large skilled over medium-high, heat 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Add kale and season with salt, stirring to combine.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes till leaves have started to wilt.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Cook the Gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and transfer to the bowl with kale.
- Stir to combine till butter has completely melted.
- Top with burrata, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil
