  • 16 ounce package gnocchi
  • 2 cups Nature's Greens® Kale
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1 teaspoon burrata 
  • 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
  • 2 leaves fresh basil, chopped 
  • salt to taste 
  • Optional: black pepper, crushed red pepper, lemon wedges 
  1. In a large skilled over medium-high, heat 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Add kale and season with salt, stirring to combine.
  2. Cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes till leaves have started to wilt.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and add the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of butter. 
  4. Cook the Gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and transfer to the bowl with kale.
  5. Stir to combine till butter has completely melted. 
  6. Top with burrata, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil
