Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sauté kale, onion, and garlic in olive oil for 8 - 10 minutes or until onion is translucent and kale is tender. Add wine, and cook stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes or until particles loosen from the bottom of the skillet. In a large bowl, soften cream cheese in the microwave for 20 seconds. Stir mayonnaise, crushed red pepper, black pepper, Asiago cheese, and Swiss cheese, reserving 1/4 cup of cheese for the top, into softened cream cheese. Stir kale mixture into cheese mixture and add it to the prepared baking dish. Top with reserved cheese. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until it is warmed through and the cheese on top is melted and brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite dippers.
