What You Need

  • 6 ears corn on the cob
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

What You Do

Heat oven to 350 F if using oven method or preheat grill on medium-high. Remove husks and silk from corn. Brush each ear of corn generously with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Wrap each ear in aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes or grill for 15 minutes or until done.
