What You Need

  • 1½ cups Nature’s Greens® Organic Kale Greens
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 1/2 inch raw ginger root
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut water, or more for a thinner consistency
  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey
 

What You Do

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy. For a thinner smoothie, add more coconut water until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Enjoy!
