Heat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, mix together oats, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and melted butter. Stir in kale. Press into a 9-inch prepared baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
While the crust bakes, start the filling. In a saucepan over low, heat butter and chocolate stirring until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, egg substitute, milk and vanilla then set aside. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; slowly stir into chocolate mixture until smooth. Stir kale into filling.
Remove crust from oven, and pour in filling. Keep oven at 350 F and bake for 35-40 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cool on wire rack.
In a saucepan over low, heat butter and chocolate stirring until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and stir in confectioners sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Frost cooled brownies. Cut into squares. Just before serving, sprinkle kale over each brownie and top with strawberries.
