For the slaw:

  • 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded or thinly sliced
  • 3 cups Nature's Greens® Kale
  • 2 carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 white onion, grated

 

For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • More salt & pepper to taste

 

  1. Toss all of the ingredients for the slaw in a large mixing bowl until well combined.

  2. In a medium bowl combine all the dressing ingredients and whisk until smooth.

  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss until everything is evenly coated.

  4. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
