  • 2 ripe bananas⁠
  • 1/3 cup old fashioned (rolled) oats⁠
  • 4 large eggs⁠
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed⁠
  • 1 heaping teaspoon ground cinnamon⁠
  • 8oz Nature's Greens® Kale⁠
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour 1/3-1/2 cup batter into muffin tin lined with muffin liners.
  4. Bake until the tops look matte and feel spongy about 12-17 minutes.⁠
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes. Decorate muffins while still warm with edible googly eyes and mini chocolate chips.
