• 1 pie crust store bought
  • 4 cups of Nature's Greens® Greens Trio
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4-6 strips of bacon chopped
  • 1 8oz package of Bella mushrooms sliced
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes
  1. In a large skillet add chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove bacon from the pan and drain the extra fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and saute for a couple of minutes until onion start to caramelize.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms into the pan and keep cooking.
  4. Add Greens Trio and continue to cook for a few minutes until the green are wilted down.
  5. Add bacon back into the pan.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper, and red chili flakes. (not too much salt as bacon is already salty)
  7. Remove skillet form the heat and set aside.
  8. Preheat oven at 350F degrees.
  9. In a large bowl whisk together, eggs, milk, and heavy cream. Season with salt and black pepper.
  10. Roll out the pie crust on baking dish. Poke the bottom with a fork.
  11. Spread the greens mixture into the baking dish.
  12. Gently pour the egg mixture and add shredded cheese.
  13. Bake for about 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
  14. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
