- 1/2 lb WP Rawl Farms® Kale
 
- 1 can cannellini beans
 
- 1/2 cup panko
 
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
 
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
 
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
 
- 3 tablespoon sun dried tomatoes
 
- 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
 
- 1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
 
- 2 small or 1 large shallot, roughly chopped
 
					 
					
						
- Combine all ingredients expect panko in food processor until thoroughly mixed together.
 
- Fold in panko.
 
- Divide equally into 6 patties and cook on stove top on medium heat with olive oil or avocado oil.
