  • 1/2 lb Nature's Greens® Kale
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 tablespoon sun dried tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 2 small or 1 large shallot, roughly chopped
  1. Combine all ingredients expect panko in food processor until thoroughly mixed together.
  2. Fold in panko.
  3. Divide equally into 6 patties and cook on stove top on medium heat with olive oil or avocado oil.
