Ingredients
Directions
 
  • 6-8 cups Nature's Greens® Kale or Organic Kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil to massage
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1/4 cup roasted pecans
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon dried cranberries

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup 
  • salt & pepper to taste
  1. Begin by chopping the kale super fine, then drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the kale & massage thoroughly with your fingers.
  2. Chop the remaining ingredients and add to the salad.
  3. Mix all of the dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake.
  4. Pour dressing over the salad. Enjoy!
