  • 1 box bow tie pasta
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 cups Nature's Greens® Kale
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons 
  • seasonings: salt, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic + onion powder
  • 2 chicken breasts

 

  1. Marinate the chicken with ranch and seasonings
  2. Pan sear the chicken until fully cooked
  3. Boil the pasta in water until al dente
  4. Take out pasta and start sauce by sauteing garlic
  5. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, lemon juice/zest & seasonings then stir
  6. Let sauce thicken and toss over pasta with kale and tomatoes
  7. Sprinkle lemon zest and parmesan cheese on top of dish and serve!
