• 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 4-5 cups steamed Natures Greens® Kale
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion powder


  1. Steam all kale and drain the excess water.
  2. Add ingretients in a large bowl and mix together with spoon.
  3. Form mixture into 12 small patties and flatten them out.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to pan and cook burgers for about 5 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Serve with or without a bun.
