Salad

  • 2 cups Nature's Greens® Kale
  • 1 cup bow tie pasta
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped lunchbox peppers
  • top with shaved parmesan 

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Juice 1/2 of a lemon
  • Splash of apple cyder vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoon water

 

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over 2 cups of chopped kale.
  2. Add cooked bow tie pasta and whatever veggies you want. 
  3. Top with shaved parmesan. Enjoy!
