Salad
- 2 cups WP Rawl Farms® Kale
- 1 cup bow tie pasta
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped lunchbox peppers
- top with shaved parmesan
Dressing
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- Juice 1/2 of a lemon
- Splash of apple cyder vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 tablespoon water
- Mix all ingredients together and pour over 2 cups of chopped kale.
- Add cooked bow tie pasta and whatever veggies you want.
- Top with shaved parmesan. Enjoy!
