  • 3 cups Nature's Greens® Kale 
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon 
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgiin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/4 cup roasted, unsalted almonds
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (optional)
  1. In a food processor, add all ingredients.
  2. Process on high until the pesto reaches the desired consistency.
