• 3 cups of Natures Greens® Kale
  • 1/4 cup of apple juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Capital Hill Seasoning ( Salt and pepper will be just fine)
  • 1/2  cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries 
  • 1/2 cup pecans


  1. Add kale to a large bowl.
  2. Tear large stems off of kale.
  3. Mix the apple juice, olive oil and white balsamic, and spices.
  4. Pour about 2T over a cup of kale.
  5. Thoroughly massage the dressing into the kale.
  6. Top with berries and pecans.
  7. Store any leftovers for about 3 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
