  • 4 ounces linguine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bunch Nature’s Greens® Kale Greens
  • 1 cup sun dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. In a large pot boil linguine according to package instructions. 
  2. While linguine cooks. Heat pan over medium heat. Add olive oil. Then add garlic. Sautee for 30 seconds. 
  3. Add Nature’s Greens Kale Greens, sun dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes (while stirring frequently) or until kale starts to wilt. 
  4. Once linguine is finished, reserve 1/2 cup. Take your pasta and drain. Add pasta to the kale and mix thoroughly. Add reserved water if needed.
