- Put your kale in a bowl and massage the greens.
- Add diced tomato and shredded carrots.
- For the dressing, put tahini, garlic clove, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix ingredients together. *Garlic cloves can be replaced with garlic powder.
- Pour the dressing over the kale salad. Let salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
