  • 4 cups Nature's Greens® Kale
  •  1 carrot, shredded
  •  1 tomato, diced
  •  1 tablespoon Tahini
  •  ½ lemon, juiced
  •  1 clove of garlic
  •  Salt
  •  Pepper
  •  1 teaspoon olive oil
  1. Put your kale in a bowl and massage the greens.
  2. Add diced tomato and shredded carrots.
  3. For the dressing, put tahini, garlic clove, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix ingredients together. *Garlic cloves can be replaced with garlic powder.
  4. Pour the dressing over the kale salad. Let salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
