  • 2 cups Natures Greens® Kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Slice of lemon
  • 1 cup Steamed beets
  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

 

 

  1. Massage kale in olive oil and lemon juice and place in bowl.
  2. Add sliced beets, garlic rice and quinoa, lemon, hemp seeds.
  3. Drizzle lemon tahini sauce on top and enjoy!
