• 1/2 bag Nature's Greens® Collard Greens
• 1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced and halved (can sub turkey/chicken sausage or omit)
• 1 bottle/box chicken bone broth
• 1 can organic, low sodium white beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 1/2 teaspoon paleo herb seasoning (can sub for garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, celery, and cayenne - or whatever spices you like!)

  1. Heat Instant Pot to saute.
  2. Once hot, add the sausage and brown till slightly crisp.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
  4. Cover, close the vent, and cook on Manual/High Pressure for 15 min. 


*You can use a regular large pot or crockpot if you don’t have an Instant Pot. If using a crockpot, brown the sausage first in a pan before adding to the crockpot, then cook on low for 4 hours. If using a pot, follow the instructions above and then cover and simmer on low for 2 hours or until the collard greens are tender.
