• 1/2 bag WP Rawl Farms® Collard Greens
• 1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced and halved (can sub turkey/chicken sausage or omit)
• 1 bottle/box chicken bone broth
• 1 can organic, low sodium white beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 1/2 teaspoon paleo herb seasoning (can sub for garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, celery, and cayenne - or whatever spices you like!)
- Heat Instant Pot to saute.
- Once hot, add the sausage and brown till slightly crisp.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
- Cover, close the vent, and cook on Manual/High Pressure for 15 min.
*You can use a regular large pot or crockpot if you don’t have an Instant Pot. If using a crockpot, brown the sausage first in a pan before adding to the crockpot, then cook on low for 4 hours. If using a pot, follow the instructions above and then cover and simmer on low for 2 hours or until the collard greens are tender.
