• 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 cups Nature's Greens® Kale
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cups non-fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1-2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder


  1. Combine banana, peanut butter, yogurt, milk and cocoa powder in blender until smooth.
  2. Add kale greens and blend until smooth.
