• 1-2 handfuls Nature’s Greens® Mustard Greens
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 an avocado, pit and peel removed
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast or 1/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend till smooth.
