  • 1⁄2 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, minced
  • 1 teaspoon diced jalapeno
  • Juice from 1 medium fresh squeezed lime
  • 1 cup cubed or balled seedless watermelon
  • 1/2 cup Nature’s Greens® Mustard Greens
  • 1/4 cup avocado, diced

Toss cucumber, onion, cilantro and pepper in lime juice. Stir in watermelon and greens. Chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with avocado just before serving.
