- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 1 large mango
- 1 cup Green Yogurt
- 1 cup Nature's Greens Kale
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 ice cubes
- Milk (optional)
Grind Chia seeds in food processor. Peel, seed, and slice mango. Combine Chia seeds, mango, yogurt, kale, honey and ice cubes in blender container. Process until smooth. Milk may be added for diluting if too thick.
