  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 small shallot, chopped
  • 2 cups Nature’s Greens® Kale
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño, chopped and seeded
  • 1 large avocado, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Versatile Veggies chopped tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

In a food processor, add garlic, shallot and kale; pulverize until smooth. Add cilantro, parsley and jalapeño; continue processing until smooth. Pour processed mixture into a bowl; add chopped avocado; mash until entire mixture is creamy and combined well. Stir in lemon juice, chopped tomato, salt, and pepper. Serve with raw veggies for dipping.
