- 3 cups cubed cantaloupe
- 1 cup diced green onions
- 3 kiwifruit, chopped
- 2 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 5 ounces pepper medley, chopped
- 4 ounces sliced Jalapenos, chopped finely
- 16 ounces pineapple, canned or fresh
- 2 cups WP Rawl Farms® Kale, finely chopped
- 2 cups strawberries, finely chopped
Mix all ingredients except strawberries together. Cover and refrigerate mixture for 2 hours. When
ready to serve, drain well. Stir in chopped strawberries.
