Chop kale into very small pieces and set aside. Break pretzels into pieces and set aside. In a large roasting pan or large metal bowl, combine pretzel pieces, cereals, nuts, candy corn and M&M’s. Stir in kale. Set aside. Place white chocolate candy coating in a glass bowl and melt in microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir thoroughly and if needed, heat at additional 15 second intervals. Pour melted white chocolate over kale mixture, tossing gently to coat. Pour onto waxed paper to cool. If desired, sprinkle with orange and black sanding sugar. Store in airtight container
