  • 1/2 of a Hass avocado
  • 1/2 cup Nature’s Greens® Kale
  • 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 of a small red bell pepper, sliced into strips, seeds removed
  • 1 seedless tangerine, peeled and sectioned

1. In a small bowl combine the avocado, kale, lime juice, sea salt, and black pepper.

2. Stir to mix thoroughly.

3. Pack guacamole along with sides of hard boiled eggs, bell pepper strips, and tangerine.
