  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 medium ripe peach, sliced, skin on, pit removed
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 wedge of fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup Nature’s Greens® Kale 

In a small bowl combine almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and oats. Stir together, then combine using fingers to create a crumble like texture. Place peaches, water, lemon juice, and ginger in a medium saucepan. Sauté over low heat for about 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously. Add kale and stir until wilted. Place peach mixture in a bowl, top with oat crumble, and serve.
