  • 4 ounces yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, split
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 16 ounces Nature’s Greens® Turnip Greens
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown rice vinegar

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté onion, garlic and ginger in oil for 2 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper. Add turnip greens and sauté for 3 minutes. Add honey and vinegar and cook, covered, for 5 minutes or until wilted.
