  • 16 ounces brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 4 ounces yellow onion, chopped
  • 16 ounces Nature’s Greens® Kale
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Italian herb seasoning

Cook rice according to package directions. In a large sauté pan over medium-high, heat the oil. Sauté garlic for 2 – 3 minutes until lightly brown. Add onion and sauté onion until translucent. Mix in greens by batches and cook, stirring well, until they are wilted and tender. Fold in red pepper flakes. Drain rice and toss with greens. Sprinkle with seasoning.
