  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 12 ounces Nature’s Greens® Seasonal Harvest
  • 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning

Pour 1/2 tablespoon oil into a large skillet and heat over medium-high for 2 minutes. Pour kale into skillet; pour broth over kale and cook for 3 minutes.  Pour remaining oil and Greek seasoning over kale; toss and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking and stirring often for 15 minutes or until kale is of desired texture.
