- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 12 ounces Versatile Veggies® Broccoli Slaw
- 15 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3 tablespoons Versatile Veggies® Diced Green Onion
In a bowl, whisk vinegar, olive oil, sugar and salt together. Pour vinegar mixture over broccoli slaw, mixing well. Gently stir in oranges, raisins, and diced green onion. Chill for 30 minutes.
