  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 12 ounces Versatile Veggies® Broccoli Slaw
  • 15 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3 tablespoons Versatile Veggies® Diced Green Onion

In a bowl, whisk vinegar, olive oil, sugar and salt together. Pour vinegar mixture over broccoli slaw, mixing well. Gently stir in oranges, raisins, and diced green onion.  Chill for 30 minutes.
